Q8 Planet Patchwork BOM , oh my stars

I really need to learn how to machine quilts that are a bit more complex, so I decided to do a Block of the Month quilt. Being me and being impatient, I waited until all the steps were published and the sewed it. Rachel helped which was great as she is doing well being a teenager :D

I have done a who back for this quilt but the enthusiasm to quilt it has as yet not struck.

Q6 Happy birthday Manie

Manie was in need of his own quilt as the study in winter is freezing. I took all of his old ties and work shirts and createrd a quilt for him. I also had to hand quilt as this is what he prefers. I think it came out ok.
